Crew Leader
The person of the position must be able to be proficient and have knowledge in the following but not limited to:
Stick welding (stainless, cast, steel) and torch cutting
PVC Pipe installation and repair
Ductile pipe cutting and installation
Copper pipe installation and repair
Concrete work (pump base and supports), Leveling, repair, and smoothing
Electrical knowledge, read schematics/drawings, conduit installation, wire pulling
Mechanical knowledge, able to read drawings and build units based on drawings. Pump installation and repair.
In-Depth knowledge of confined space and gas monitoring, rescue procedures for confined space.
Crane signaling, Rigging, heavy equipment operation
Clean driving record, DOT physical for vehicles up to 25,000lbs
Familiarization with wastewater and water municipalities. Drum screens, bar screens, conveyor screws, pumps, valves, motors, actuators, belt presses, paddle mixers, clarifiers, gearboxes, filtration systems, UV systems, compactors, etc.
Lockout/tagout procedures
Proficient in micrometers OD/ID, Dial Calipers, Vernier Calipers, Tape Measures, Laser Levels, Machinist Levels.
Truck maintenance and repair for minor issues that arise with work vehicle
Crew leader should be comfortable working alone or alongside multiple helpers, must be able to work with other contractors and customers to achieve job tasks. They should also be able to complete tasks within a specified timeframe.
Pass a Random Drug Screen test
Assistant Technician/ Helper
The person in this position should have at least minimal experience or proficiency in the following:
Basic mechanical knowledge (hand tool knowledge, cutting tools, drills)
Able to read tape measure
Work alongside crew lead in mixing and pouring concrete
Crane signaling/Rigging
Clean driving record
Stick Welding/torch cutting preferred but not required
Confine space knowledge or Certified
Able to work off ladders, high space, and confine space
Trainable and Dependable
Pass a random Drug test screening
