Andy Bramlett
Andy Bramlett is the Division Leader for Cornerstone Mechanical. He has 20 years of experience in the Water Treatment Industry. Throughout his career he has specialized in helping municipalities keep their equipment running reliably. He is an industry leader in the repair and replacement of water treatment equipment using the most innovative technologies. He is focused on making sure his customers have the right equipment for the right applications.
He began his career as a Mechanical Sealing & Coating Specialist with the A.W. Chesterton Company where he implemented programs that helped clients to drastically reduce their water usage as well as assisted them in their fight against the corrosion of equipment and surfaces due to abrasion or chemical attack. Furthering his career, Andy moved on to work as a Sales Engineer for GWI. There he used his comprehensive relationships to help his customers with major mechanical repairs of process equipment focusing on Pumping Systems. Andy also has a proven track record helping Municipalities with both day to day and preventative maintenance.
Now for, Cornerstone Mechanical and in conjunction with Cornerstone H2O, he will be dedicated to ensuring all municipal customers have the most reliable, well maintained systems that are available to the Water Treatment Industry today.

Josh Parks
Josh Parks is the Mechanical Services Leader for Cornerstone Mechanical. With more than 22 years experience, he has served as a leader in various capacities in our industry. His expertise spans across multiple facets including fabrication, equipment installation, electrical, and start ups. With Josh’s knowledge of the mechanical service industry, and his commitment to strong customer relationships, Cornerstone Mechanical continues to lead the industry in what our customers can expect when choosing a service provider for their facility.

Kelly Winecoff
Kelly Started his Water and Wastewater Career in 1997 as a laborer for United Water in North Georgia at the community of Big Canoe. There he obtained a Class 1 Water License and a Class 3 Wastewater License in 1999 and went on to obtain a Class 1 Wastewater License in 2004. He has worked in all aspects of water and wastewater including operations, distribution, collections, maintenance, and customer service. He was with United Water until December of 2010 when he got the chance to take a position with the City of Atlanta. He took the position of Senior Plant Mechanic where he was responsible for the maintenance at the Chattahoochee and Hemphill Water Treatment Facilities, including the entirety of the distribution network. There he learned all about the City’s system by repairing and replacing equipment, performing all PM’s, CM’s, and predictive maintenance on all the equipment at these sites. In 2015 he moved up to the position of WTP Operator Supervisor at the Hemphill WTP and worked in that position for two years where he managed the operators on his shift. From 2016-2018 he was called up to the position of Maintenance Manager at Atlanta’s Utoy WRC. There he managed all maintenance personnel including mechanics, electricians, and process control technicians, as well as managing the City’s interest working with contractors on projects. In December of 2018 he went back into operations as the Operations Supervisor at the Hemphill Water Treatment Plant. He worked there until he decided to become part of the Cornerstone Mechanical team.

Eric Kimber
Eric Kimber is crew member at Cornerstone Mechanical. His knowledge of water and wastewater treatment is a big asset to the team.
Eric brings a great energy to our business and a unique perspective and approach to solving customer treatment challenges. Since graduating from The University of Georgia with a B.B.A. degree in Marketing, Eric has gained extensive sales experience in the energy optimization and environmental sectors. After years of working with his father’s mechanical and electrical business and time spent installing geothermal systems, he doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty, either.
As a lifelong fisherman, Eric has always had an avid interest in clean water and the environment. In addition to his passion for the outdoors, he thrives off a continuous pursuit of knowledge in a broad range of disciplines. Whether tackling carpentry projects, experimenting in the garden or tirelessly practicing a guitar riff, his desire to improve and learn new skills is ever persistent. When it comes time for R&R, he enjoys nothing more than spending quality time with his family and friends over BBQ with a Dawgs game playing in the background.

Chris Keever
Chris Keever is the co-founder of Cornerstone H2O™ and Cornerstone Mechanical. Throughout his ~25 years in the water treatment industry, he has grown businesses, pioneered new technology, established life-long relationships, and endeavored to do things right and with the purpose of generating great value.
Prior to Cornerstone H2O™, Chris worked as a Sales Associate for The Eshelman Company, a manufacturer’s rep firm in the southeast, and President of Orica Watercare Inc., a manufacturer of specialty ion exchange solutions based in Colorado. He graduated from the Virginia Military Institute where he played football and graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Andrea Schmid has been with the Cornerstone H2O™/Cornerstone Mechanical team since January 2015 and is our Vice President of Operations and a partner in our firm. She coordinates our Operations and handles both our inside sales efforts and some process sales.
Prior to Cornerstone H2O™, Andrea worked in the plastics and automotive industries as a manufacturing and design engineer in the late 1980’s and 1990’s. Her specialty was in process improvement and cost reduction. She left the corporate world to raise her children and spent 17 years as a stay-home mother, and a volunteer in the schools, community and her church. She has a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University (1989. ) Later she earned an MBA with a finance emphasis from Georgia State University in 1998 and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Contract Management at UCLA.

Jessie Huff
Jessie Huff started with Cornerstone H2O in the winter of 2021 as an Operations Administrator. She is responsible for helping in the smooth running of the internal operations of Cornerstone H2O and Cornerstone Mechanical. Before coming to Cornerstone, Jessie worked in the construction field for the past 7 years, where she did everything from supporting supervisors to data entry to bookkeeping and payroll. Her attention to detail and focus on her support functions, along with a willingness to learn, are what make her a great asset to our firm.
Jessie is married to her husband Dustin, and they have 2 kids together. Jessie loves to be outdoors. In her spare time, she enjoys going camping, going out on the lake on the boat, riding ATVs, kayaking, playing cornhole, grilling out, bonfires, and hanging out with family.
